Brunch

Brunch this morning, after my run was a leftover pork chop and some fruit. Grapes are very low in oxalates (except for Concord grapes which have a higher oxalate count) and strawberries are the only berry besides raspberries that are on my low-oxalate food list. This is the first time I have eaten fruit on my new diet. Melon would have been good also, but my husband doesn't like melon very much (slightly allergic) and so I thought I would try to eat fruits he can eat. I am trying to keep my fruit intake low, because today's fruits have a much higher sugar content than true Paleolithic fruit would have had. I figure a little goes a long way.
