Breakfast today is leftover steak and eggs, with strawberries. Today is Thanksgiving, so I am making a huge feast later in the day and we will eat it around 4 or 5 or so probably. I am making Medieval pie, Mashed potatoes (which I can't eat--high oxalate) Cauliflower casserole--which totally makes up for the potatoes, and roast turkey. We will also be having cranberry sauce and for dessert, more key lime pie...One of the few days a year where I do not worry so much about what I am eating--I am just going to concentrate on avoiding high-oxalate foods. I will probably stick with the turkey and cranberry sauce, and cauliflower and key lime pie--I may make some other vegetable to have with it, like a salad perhaps, who knows? Day 18 Breakfast
