Day 9

Had a full English breakfast today. Well, except for no tomato, because I am out, and no beans because they are high-oxalate, just mushrooms, sausage, bacon and one egg. Very yummy! This will easily last me until dinner with maybe a little snack in between. Today I get to go have coffee with my friend Martina. I love having coffee. In fact, I love that particular part of Europe the best--sitting in a cafe and having a drink, or a coffee, and watching the world drift by. I will try to remember to take a picture of my coffee to share with you.
