Dinner

Dinner is sauteed zucchini and mushrooms, with broccoli, and duck breast. I love duck--it is one of my favorite meats, and is really different from any other kind of bird meat I have had. It tastes a lot more like steak than poultry, and is very tender. In Germany, in fact in all of Europe and Great Britain you find it on menus often. In Bavaria, it is traditionally served with Rotkhol (red cabbage) and Klossen, which are potato dumplings. (Since I currently live in Bavaria I thought I would share that with you.)
