Dinner


Dinner was steak with pear and bleu cheese salad. The dressing was a raspberry-poppyseed vinegar-based emulsion, and I sprinkled a few pistachios on it along with some dried cranberries. It was very good. I really like the bleu cheese in combination with the pear and and cranberries. As you can see, I like my steak pretty rarish...
