Dinner
Dinner was a chicken salad with tomato and cucumber, and a bleu cheese dressing I made myself. I also had an afternoon snack of a glass of wine with some cheese and grapes.
This is my food journal and blog about living with the Paleo Diet and my experiences following a Paleo/Low Oxalate Diet in the hope of improving my Lichen Sclerosis. Just in case you may have found this page by mischance while looking for something more religiously "Paleo" I want to clarify that I am not a Paleo Purist. I am a big believer in the Paleo diet, but I will continue to eat dairy and drink coffee in small amounts.
