Snacks are hard with this diet I have constructed. My favorite snacks previously were cheese and nuts, but now, I am trying to avoid cheese because it is non-Paleo, and I have to avoid most nuts because they are high-Oxalate. Luckily, I can still have sunflower seeds. Here is a little snack that I made today with 1/4 cup mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Very yummy.Monday, November 12, 2007
