This is my afternoon, post-workout snack. I really didn't have much of a workout today, I ran for two ten-minute sessions with a little walking in between. I start a new workout regimen on Monday, and next Friday my runs will increase to 30 minute increments which is great (and a long time coming!). My food remains the same. Strawberries are one of the few fairly low-oxalate berries--luckily I really like them, along with raspberries which are my absolute favorite fruit!! These add up to about 1/2 cup which is the recommended amount according to the Low-Oxalate cookbook.Thursday, November 29, 2007
