Dinner was broiled steak (about 5 ounces) with pear, cranberry and sweet walnut salad. The salad went really well with the steak. I added about 1 ounce of crumbled bleu cheese to the salad, but it can be made just as well without the cheese thereby staying completely Paleo--however, let it be noted that the sharpness of the bleu cheese really completes this salad. I am posting the recipe on my low-carb Paleo recipes blog as soon as I get a chance.I don't have counts yet for today regarding nutrition, but I will do that sometime today and update this post then. (Sorry, falling a little behind, but still trying to stick to my New Year's resolution!)
