Dinner

Dinner was roasted game hen with green salad and broccoli. (lettuce 1.8mg oxalate, broccoli 3, tomatoes 5, avocado 0.8)

For snacks today I had 2 ounces cheddar cheese, one glass of wine, a handful of dates (6=6.6 mg of oxalate), and a lot of sugar free jello. This gives me a total of 1872 calories for the day and about 23 mg of oxalate!
