Day 94
It is pouring rain outside, I love the sound, but not the idea of walking in the rain to get to my doctor's appointment (3 miles away) today. Hmmm. May have to take the bus...
This is my food journal and blog about living with the Paleo Diet and my experiences following a Paleo/Low Oxalate Diet in the hope of improving my Lichen Sclerosis. Just in case you may have found this page by mischance while looking for something more religiously "Paleo" I want to clarify that I am not a Paleo Purist. I am a big believer in the Paleo diet, but I will continue to eat dairy and drink coffee in small amounts.
