Dinner was rib eye steak (5 oz), broiled and served with a green salad of romaine, 4 cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 of an avocado, and accompanied by zucchini and mushrooms fried in olive oil. I tried to mix up the types of fat quite a bit here so that it is primarily monunsaturated with some saturated, I like to have a variety of fats as well as a good selection of vegetables every week. I added some homemade ranch dressing to the salad (It looks like a lot, but was only about a tablespoon). Friday, November 9, 2007
