Day 26 Dinner
Dinner was leftover chicken with salad. I haven't updated for a couple of days, so I am attempting to catch up now, so will be a little less descriptive for the next few entries...
This is my food journal and blog about living with the Paleo Diet and my experiences following a Paleo/Low Oxalate Diet in the hope of improving my Lichen Sclerosis. Just in case you may have found this page by mischance while looking for something more religiously "Paleo" I want to clarify that I am not a Paleo Purist. I am a big believer in the Paleo diet, but I will continue to eat dairy and drink coffee in small amounts.
