Day 27
I had scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast but forgot to take a picture. Dinner was a hamburger smothered in onions and melted cheddar with 1/2 of an avocado and a little sour cream and salsa.
This is my food journal and blog about living with the Paleo Diet and my experiences following a Paleo/Low Oxalate Diet in the hope of improving my Lichen Sclerosis. Just in case you may have found this page by mischance while looking for something more religiously "Paleo" I want to clarify that I am not a Paleo Purist. I am a big believer in the Paleo diet, but I will continue to eat dairy and drink coffee in small amounts.
