
Cream cheese and shrimp omelet with tomatoes. (About 5 mg oxalates from tomatoes). I don't have a picture of dinner yesterday, I forgot :( But, imagine if you will a mediterranean salad of cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and romaine, tossed with feta cheese and chicken breast and dressed in a balsamic vinegar dressing. It was very good. I also had four macadamia nuts and about 10 dates for dessert, and an ounce of cheese with a rum and diet coke before dinner.
Calories for the day were about 2200 which was not perfect considering I also did not exercise much--(my hip has been hurting) But I did what I could.
