1 and a half cups of red and green grapes with 1.5 ounces of salami, and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese. Very refreshing, and not any cooking required!! Excellent.

This is my food journal and blog about living with the Paleo Diet and my experiences following a Paleo/Low Oxalate Diet in the hope of improving my Lichen Sclerosis. Just in case you may have found this page by mischance while looking for something more religiously "Paleo" I want to clarify that I am not a Paleo Purist. I am a big believer in the Paleo diet, but I will continue to eat dairy and drink coffee in small amounts.
