Day 59-- Pizza is evil

So after binging on pizza last night, I feel the need to be better today. So here is what I started out with. Not much of a snack. Sort of got going a bit slow today, so didn't have a proper breakfast...I did well with my workouts today--ran two miles without hurting myself, and walked four. This is a typical workout day. I do lift weighs three days a week usually aslo, but I have decided to stop doing that for the next few months and focus on cardio and getting my running up. Walking and running is not dependant on a gym, therefore is easy to incorporate into daily life. Plus, when I move home in a few months I will not have a gym available to me as much, I need to "wean" myself from my dependancy on the gym. I tend to not work out if I can't make it to the gym, and that will not do...
