This was dinner--a very good salad with chicken and avocado and tomato and cucumber with ranch dressing. I hve decided, at least for the time being to try going without dairy again for awhile. I don't know how it will go...I guess we will see. I will still have cream in my coffee for the time being, but may sub that out with coconut milk soon. Monday, January 7, 2008
Dinner
This was dinner--a very good salad with chicken and avocado and tomato and cucumber with ranch dressing. I hve decided, at least for the time being to try going without dairy again for awhile.
