Breakfast today was a "green" omelet with 3 ounces of sauteed asparagus and one ounce red onion, two eggs, and two thin slices of aged swiss cheese (not Paleo, but I need to use all my cheeses up). I sprinkled avocado over the top to add to the variety of foods and flavor. I probably won't have lunch, but rather will have dinner early.Tuesday, November 6, 2007
