Day 7
Woke up at 5:15 this morning. My sleep patterns are slowly becoming more normal...I had to post dinner from last night this morning because I was too tired to do I at 8pm last night--can you imagine? 8pm and I was falling asleep despite my best efforts not to! Unbelievable. I am by nature a "night person". If I could folow any schedule in the world, I would sleep until 10 or 11 in the morning and stay up until 2 am or 3 am every night. I have always been like this, until now, thanks to jet lag, I am now up at the crack of dawn and sleepy by 7 or 8. Truly weird. Anyway. Breakfast is a few hours away yet, but I will post it soon. :)
