Breakfast today was a broccoli and cheddar omelet with 1/4 cup raspberries and 1 cup coffee with cream. The berries wre 15g of oxalates. The broccoli was another 5, so my breakfast was about 20. This afternoon, I had a snack of about 1 cup of grapes and one ounce of cheese with orange juice and seltzer (about 15 g of oxalates).
