Today is a running day, so I started out with a big bowl of fruit. Strawberries and mango are both low-oxalate fruits, and taste really good together ( I had 5 large strawberries, and 1/2 of a mango). I also had one cup of coffee (8 ounces) with 1 T. of cream. My running goal today is 2 miles. Should be fairly easy--I have previously been running for time (30 minutes) with the goal of running a 5K in April, but I recently bought a book for beginning runners that suggests it is better to run for distance rather than time. So this week I am running 2 miles each running day. And next week I will add another running day and keep running two miles. The week after that, I will add 1/2 mile to my runs, and the week after that another, so that in a matter of just a few weeks I should be running 3 miles three times a week. Yay me!Breakfast was:

Update:
I see that I forgot to post pictures for the rest of this day, even though I did take them... well, lunch was two egg rolls with a bunch of grapes, and dinner was roast lamb with caulflower garlic feta puree and broccoli. My calories for the day were just under 2,000.
