Happy New Year!!

I am counting today, New Year's Day, as officially "after" the holdidays. As of today, I am going to start to write down all my food again and keep a log of my exercise as well in order to help me lose some weight. I really need to lose about 40 pounds, I must do this, no more procrastinating. I have also re-dedicated myself to my blog and will update it each day. My New Year's resolution is to write a Low-Oxalate Paleo Cookbook complete with menus. I am tired of constantly having to work so hard to create foods that are Low-Oxalate & Paleo. I want a guide, and since there really isn't one, I decided I am going to write one myself. Eventually I will have to cut out all my dairy again. (I know, I know, I go back and forth over this one...For now, I find it comforting, and will continue to have it on hand--but not in huge amounts.) I will post my menus here so that you can see what I have been eating and how much dairy, and I will try to include a calorie and nutrient count. Well, wish me luck--this year will be full of new things, which already stresses me out, but at least M and I are together!!
